Returns & Exchanges

Our returns/exchange process is very simple.

Please email customercare@mamasboutique.com stating that you would like to return/exchange your item, we will get back to you within 48 hours to authorise as well as provide you with the returns address. Enclosed in your order will be a returns/exchange form, please fill it out and return with your returning order.

You have up to 14 days to return your parcel back to us from the day received, once it has arrived back to us, your refund will be processed within 7-14 working days. You’ll also receive an email confirmation of your refund. If you have paid with debit or credit card please allow up to 3/5 working days for your refund to show your account (this can vary slightly depending on who you bank with). If you have paid via PayPal please allow up to 24 hours for the funds to show in your account.

 

What is your returns/exchange policy?

  • Returns/exchanges must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order (orders returned out of this time frame will be refused)
  • Items must be unworn, unmarked and unwashed with all tags still attached- all items will be inspected on return
  • Sale items are non-refundable, only exchangeable for an item of the same price or higher
  • We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used to make the order
  • If you decide to return/exchange your item(s) please note that shipping costs are not covered by Mamas Boutique. We recommend returning your order by recorded mail, failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return/exchange

Return Postage:

Mamas Boutique prides itself on producing quality products with regular quality control checks however, in the unlikely event of you receiving a faulty item or error with your order, Mamas Boutique will contribute up to £5.00 (UK customers) and up to £10.00 (international customers) towards your delivery cost to send the item(s) back to us, please use a courier in this price bracket.

We recommend that you keep hold of your proof of postage and use a tracked/signed for, delivery option to ensure your returning parcel gets back to us safely as this is the responsibility of the customer and Mamas Boutique does not issue any warranty for unsuccessfully delivered returns.
